Where is God mentioned by name in the Bill of Rights??

Not specifically mentioned by name, but one could argue in preceding accompanying documents (Declaration of Independence) that use of “creator” implies such.

On the flip side, there is no mention of the popular canard used by Democrats, “Separation of Church and State”.....
