The ebt cards will only go blank when the US is toppled from world domination. Until then the gubmint will continue to manufacture bread and circuses. Another 4 years of Obamby might be enough to realize the dreams of his father. Mitt will only slow the crash and attract the blame.
The essay was already very long at 5,600 words, so I felt I could not go on with the predictable next escalations in the urban warfare scenario. But the urban vets will quickly grasp the importance of long range riflery, and soon the “no-man’s lands” will be rifle distance or greater. Anybody living in that zone will be out of luck, to say the least.

Welfare, for the most part, is given to the female underclass. Plan B: females are given new cards, but only on the condition that they AND their dependents submit to sterilization before the new cards are handed out.
This is very possible whether obama wins or loses.
If he loses, he will have about two months to unleash his peeps and really foul up this country for Romney. Don’t forget all the little time bombs Clinton left for GW Bush. Like 9/11. He has nothing to lose.
If he wins, he can go all Hugo Chavez on us. He has thrown the Constitution out the window WHILE running for a second term. If he gets a second, we will be transformed into a mix of Venezuela and Argentina.
This is a man/regime with no emotional attachment to our country or it’s people and would do this.
What you don't realize is that there are millions of induhviduals out there who know, to the very marrow of their bones, that because their great-great-great-great grandparents were captured and sold into slavery by the next tribe over the ridge or up the river that they, and their descendendents in perpetuity, are owed free goodies forever.

No. Those phones are locally purchased without planning of any sort. Of course a list of those phones is available and they could one by one turn them off, but there isn’t a wholesale capability.
Since the government pays the bill for those phones, it would be simple for the government to tell the cell providers "please suspend service on these phones". They almost certainly have an automated way to do it, for phones belonging to people who cease being eligible for benefits.
The odds of it happening while Obama or his appointees remain in power? Nil.
