Iran could hit U.S. bases in the Middle East in response to any Israeli strike on its nuclear facilities even if American forces played no role in the attack, the leader of Lebanon's Iranian-backed militant group Hezbollah said on Monday.
"A decision has been taken to respond and the response will be very great," Hezbollah Secretary-General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah said in an interview with the Beirut-based Al Mayadeen television.
"The response will not be just inside the Israeli entity—American bases in the whole region could be Iranian targets," he said, citing information he said was from Iranian officials. "If Israel targets Iran, America bears responsibility." …

But... didn’t Obama beg Iran not to attack us if we promised not to support an Israeli strike? Are you telling me that Hezbollah didn’t agree to the One’s cry? Are they that mean? Oh, boo hoo... they’re hurting my feelings...not!
Rueters is siding with Iran. This article and I’m sure many more like it are being written so when Israel does strike Iran any unrest in the region will be blamed on Israel by rueters and Ap.
Of course this talk is meant to frighten Obama into begging Israel not to attack Iran.
Obama hasn’t got a lot of pull with Israel which is fighting for it’s life and doing our job for us.
But if Hezbollah is stupid enough to attack the United States in answer to an attack by Israel they might even force our pretender President to do something. Something Hezballah will not enjoy.
Iran is their own worst danger.

Basically, Nasrallah listened to Obama’s plea and answered “here’s a quarter, call someone who cares!”
IF we had a president who would fight back. But we don’t. obama would think we deserved it...and would probably apologize to Iran.
Sort of like what clinton did when the USS Cole got hit...sending condolences to falsestinian terrorists killed by Israel before acknowledging the Sailers killed on the Cole.
They need to hit nasrallah the same way they hit rantisi and mugniyah.
That would be a monumentally stupid thing for them to do. If they didn’t attack US bases, there is a chance, with Obamateur in charge, that the US would just sit uselessly on the sidelines and watch Israel fight an incredibly difficult war against Iran, which Iran might actually succeed in winning due to the logistical nightmare faced by the IDF in attacking Iran.
If they attack US bases and America backs Israel up, the game is up for Iran and the mullahs, even with Obama in charge...

Which is exactly why Israel will wait until the election to see if 0bama wins and launch the attack on the day after the election if 0bama does win. If 0bama launches an attack on Iran before Israel does and before the election, 0bama will not get the election bump he needs. Oil prices will skyrocket and markets will plummet. 0bama will be widely seen as a war-mongerer trying to win an election through the mother of all diversions-war. If he does try this stunt, he would try to concoct a Gulf of Tonkin event, but, I doubt the military woud cover this type of conspiracy.
Can you just see Bibi slapping Barack and yelling, “Act like a man.”
The next few days are going to be interesting. Is Netanyahu going to finally take the action which will ensure Israeli and US security?
