Now is it or isn't it washed away?
Yesterday there were reports and pictures of it being damaged by the rain. Today there were new pics showing it repaired. Has it been destroyed a second time, or what?
It seems this is a wishy-washy symbol...much like the person it represents whose head is in the sand about the needs of our nation.

I am not sure this is accurate.
Per other threads on the sand model, just a portion of the base had rain damage. It was restored and the sand model is still there.
