that language is simply unacceptable. Think about what this world would look like today had they not been fought. The bombings on the streets in Baghdad would be on American streets instead. Taliban and AQ would be huge and laying siege throughout the US and Europe. Take off the blinders and think. And remember the Armed Forces who have given their all to keep a lid on those miserable terrorists who seek your death - and mine.

If you really think a U.S. military presence in Iraq and/or Afghanistan is a deterrent to terrorists who want to carry out bombings on the streets of the U.S. and Europe, then there's probably nothing I can say that would convince you otherwise. I will say, however, that there is no basis for what you've said here.

I'm still sitting here wondering how the U.S. government ever conned the American people to support a "war on terror" against Iraq even while the radical Islamic royal family sits unscathed in Saudi Arabia and has U.S. presidents come and kiss their @sses.
