Someone other than current construction crews invented the hammer, the saw, electrical infrastructure, a myriad of other tools, a sewer system and all sorts of other contributing factors.

Is it his premise that construction crews don’t build homes, or large business structures?

If this guy can’t grasp any of this, then remind him that anything the government accomplishes, has been and will continue to be done with money provided by the private sector.
