CART!
That is one thing that is hopeful about Romney. His team is showing themselves politcally savvy. Being the first to LA and making 0 follow them was brilliant.
We can hope he takes that same savvy to the White House. He would be the first politically nimble GOP President since Reagan.
I can’t wait to see that!
The only good thing about Doris Goodwin that heartens me is that she gets uglier looking every year! hee.hee.. You can fix ugly but you can’t fix stupid..and she can’t even fix ugly.( I know I’m tacky..but she is ugly inside and out).
Brokaw is boring. BORING.
Hmmm. I wonder if pollsters ever asked voters if they would vote for a communist/moslem/packer?
Thank you Ladysmith. Should be a good time. The better half has a sister and brother in Baraboo and another sister in.....I can’t remember. Will give us the chance to visit.
Just another in a long list of lies that turn out to be false. He drove the bus into the ditch,Congress won’t compromise with ozero, you gotta pass the bill before you can read the bill,I could go on but by now everyone is getting it.
...giving tickets away for The Ones speech. They are really concerned about attendance.

A 74000 seat stadium. Talk about hubris and egotism!! Right now the camera crew are planning how they will show/not show the crowds/empty seats.
Newt taking on Obama on Infantacide.
And the Democrats just ignore it totally.
Now he is taking on Friedman! WOOO-HOOO!
Friedman now saying that ( the Dem plank with Infantacide) is “defensible”) DUH!
When you have even 1 of 10 (Republicans) saying they would not vote for a person because of their religion it’s troubling. 10% of Republicans either not voting or possibly voting for Obama (Evangelical Rev Wright) bodes ill for our party.
I’m tempted to call BS on this religious polling.
I think Jame Carvell and company are still on the Clinton payroll and they have been instructed to sabotage 0 for Hillary 2016.
Their advice to 0 has been uniformly bad, “stay off the economy, focus on social issues, go completely negative”.
You could not dream up a better campaign to alienate Independent voters from your side.
NEWT goes on with attack.
Carly jumps in and smashes down the “only talking about abortion when talking about women is ..”.(That is, that approach is sexist also).
Kudos to Newt for getting the word out about Obama’s infantacide votes on sun Am!!!!!!
Meanwhile, Tom Friedman just declared he's a journalist(when Newt's questions get really tough and he will let the dems or solve their problems(as if he's not one of them) after 55 minutes of being a far left idealogue now he's a urinalists!! Just too good!!
Left to their own devices they always do the same thing-- self-destruct!!
I read somewhere that the Dems promise that the place will be packed.
Evidently they respond to some rumor that there’s problems getting attendees.
Romney said two things during his speech that gives me pause.
First, I know he was trying to take a swipe at this Democrat talking point that the pubs hate women, their so-called “war on wommins”.
Romney described his busy life earning a living for his family. He says it was tough but the real hard job, and MORE IMPORTANT job was being done by Ann, who held down the home fort and raised the kids as I suppose he refers.
That comment sort of puts the male breadwinner in second place. The notion was to not only forcefully deny any war on women, that in fact, we think women are MORE important than men.
That’s so not true. Although I know he meant well. But going out and earning dollars that will provide food and shelter is as important as keeping the home fires burning brightly. In the homo sapien earlier eras the men went out and caught a saber=toothed tigers for dinner, the fur was stripped for clothing, the meat cooked for food.
Point being it takes TWO parents to effectively raise children and I had a pause at Romney’s assertion that women are more important.
One time I had an argument with my husband, forget why. But in the midst of some rancor he said...:”I’m doing what I’m supposed to do...I’m PROVIDING”.
Which husband did and which HIS father did and folks, smile, even my son-in-law went out and got a job!
Heh.
Romney also said he would “repeal and REPLACE” Obamacare.
This ASSumes we even need a replacement for Obamacare and I’m not convinced we do.
However, in the spirit of improving our country, and if Romney shows decent leadership, I’m willing to have a national dialogue about it.
But I’m not done yet.....how about ole Jeb Bush?
:::to be continued:::
I think the Republican strategy to say that Obama is a “ nice guy but a bad president” is get the older generation to think of Jimmy Carter.
FNS has David “AstroTurf” Axelerod.
You and a lot of other people think the same thing. We are not allowed to mention sourcing on this one.
Absolutely brilliant post!
You capsulized (is that a word?) the strength of Romney better than any pundit I have heard on TV.
