The last I heard about this case is that Arpaio filed to dismiss the case because of frivolity (no real evidence), and a non-jural entity that cannot be sued.

Arpaio can't sue the feds for lawyer fees and court costs for frivolous prosecution, but he can sue any Commie Latino that files a frivolous civil suit for that and compensatory/punitive damages.
