Notice the use of the word ‘investments’? That’s the term the Dems came up with many months ago to take the place of “spending taxpayers’ dollars” on green energy projects.

What is that floating in the punch bowl? Oh, it’s another Obama executive order.
The shift caused carbon dioxide emissions from energy use in the first quarter of this year to fall their lowest level in the U.S. in 20 years.
Conversation which I imagine took place in the White House: "How can we get out in front of this and take credit for it?"
"Why not issue an Executive Order?"
