TAMPA, FLA. — A group of protesters from the women's rights group Code Pink interrupted Mitt Romney's speech at the Republican National Convention tonight.
That the protesters were able to obtain credentials to the convention — let alone one that enabled them to get so close to the stage — and that they were able to sneak in huge pink signs is actually a pretty incredible feat given the level of security at the Republican convention.

I understand that they are mad about Obama’s war in Afghanistan, but the vagina thing is a Fluke moment, which means this bunch of lesbians want free contraception. Romney should have thrown them a box of rubbers.

I worked in the hospital and I never saw a vagina that ugly in 10 years and I remember a patient (female) 102years old and she looked better than all of them....I thought they had pink snakes around their necks....poor old women with no life...
How the f@#$ could a gathering of top Republicans not recognize Medea Benjamin?! I listened to the speech so I heard something but it was very short so it sounds like they were allowed in because they actually had credentials but that security was aware and nearby to stop them when they inevitably did their disruptive thing. Maybe it was allowed just to show the pure obnoxiousness of the far left but by design security was ready to shut them down.
Dollars to donuts that they either used false names or they had others with less known names procure the credentials and then handed them off.
