I think Romney would give up his POTUS salary. He did in Massachusetts as governor.

As head of the Olympics, he took one dollar in salary. All of these years without salary are part of the reason that his income tax returns show such a low overall rate of interest. Most of his income was from capital gains.

Wow what an interesting point. I never considered that. But why doesn’t he say that when his “low” interest rate is thrown in his face?
