Yes, check out his healthcare platform on his website, and he’s pitching to replace Obamacare with, essentially, 50 state-level Romneycares—exchanges, high-risk pools, etc..
It’s the worst of his promises.
Better state than fed level. There is no reason to have the fed involved in healthcare.
