Jesus, where do you start? Assistant professor. Department of Humanities. Online petition. 500 supporters. Other colleges (which ones are those?). Which one is the bigger waste, the bandwidth they are consuming or the oxygen?

The Homo Advocating Leftists are once again attempting to destroy an American business by a boycott and petitions.

These people must be stopped as their boycotts are unAmerican and unChristian.

I’ve been connected with academia for several decades now.

One thing that I’ve always thought about is the idealized learning experience in higher education being one of openness, tolerance of viewpoints, and scholarly endeavors - or should be.

Nothing could be further from the truth. Higher education, especially in the liberal arts, and even a lot of the disciplines supposedly advanced by big liberal Ivy League schools is infested with close minded liberalism that practices ideological tyranny as if they invented it.

There is no dissent tolerated, and the viewpoints are stepping stones to rabid totalitarianism, the kind of which has created genocide on a massive scale in the past.

Still trying to make Chi-Fil-A public enemy #1 because the owner expoused a personal belief they disagree with?

If this doesn't meet to literal definition of insane I don't know what would.

I’d suggest a petition to disestablish the Department of Humanities & Cultural Studies and shift the resultant savings to the College of Engineering. But that’s just me.

A great budget cutting suggestion for USF: Cut the Department of Humanities & Cultural Studies. Obviously this department has no useful purpose and is a waste of student and taxpayer money.

Homosexuals!

They’re militant and they’re everywhere!

PUT THEM BACK IN THE CLOSET OR GET THEM PSYCHOLOGICAL HELP!

They aren’t content to live in a world where they are just another interest group.
They want to force the rest of us to alter the entire world to conform with their likes and dislikes.

I don’t care for sushi so I just don’t patronize sushi restaurants - I don’t try to shut them down.

Homo’s don’t like the owner of Chick-Fil-A. But it’s not enough for them to just not patronize Chick-Fil-A.
They demand that everyone else not be able to patronize them as well.

We always referred to the Fine Arts and Humanities building as the "Funny House."

That was 40 years ago...still fits.

As soon as women stop coddling these perverts, they’ll go back to hiding in the closet.

Then we can all eat our chicken sandwiches in peace once again.

Perhaps Professor Ferguson should walk over the USF’s business school and have them explain what a lease contract is.

What’s going to take it’s place, KFC? Nope, can’t have KFC because PETA says they’re mean to chickens.

Chick-Fil-A may as well start looking at new off-campus locations right now. These administrators will never have the balls to renew their leases in the face of angry little organized queer mobs.

How about some students majoring in one of the academic programs that contribute to society organize a petition to keep Chick Fil-A! After all “Humanities and Cultural Studies” is code for communist and socialist, completely anti-conservative and anti-traditional.

So I guess tenure even insulates these commie professors from punishment for violating the rights of people/organizations with which they disagree.

We have allowed our children to be brainwashed by communist union teachers in our public schools then we compound the problem by sending many to colleges/universities filled with these commie professors. We are doing this to ourselves.
