A Florida appeals court on Wednesday granted George Zimmerman's request for a new judge.
Zimmerman, the former neighborhood watch volunteer charged in the fatal shooting of Trayvon Martin, had said the judge presiding over his case has made disparaging remarks about him.
The Fifth District Court of Appeal wrote in a decision that Circuit Judge Kenneth Lester Jr. should "enter an order of disqualification which requests the chief circuit judge to appoint a successor judge."

I don’t know how Lester ever thought he could get away with being a clown like that. It’s under a public microscope, forget the appellate courts.

You are right. This judge was more than just weak in the face of pressures from lowlifes like Je$$e & Al. He was working against Zimmerman because he agreed with them.
Now that the MSM/progressives see this case for the loser that it is, maybe a judge will be appointed without worrying about how politicians may be called racist by the MSM.

One of the very few court battles that we/conservatives/patriots/Christians/whites seem to win anymore. I was surprised that the Appeals court did not dismiss the request due to "without merit" or "lack of standing" or some other bulls__t logic like that.
The judge was a “whore” for some kind of political correctness that I can’t even conceive. Now she is gone! Zimmerman killed an attacker— who threatened his life!! It is over now. I will send him more money!! Good job George!!

The judge certainly acted like a political correct "whore" and made disparaging comments about Zimmerman that indicated a complete lack of judicial impartiality. However the judge is a male, Circuit Judge Kenneth Lester Jr., not a "She".
I assume the "whore" and "She" you are referring to is the state-appointed special prosecutor Angela Corey, and at this time she is still the (politically correct hatchet job) special prosecutor on the case.

You are exactly correct. Thank you. The “whore “ in my opinion is that worthless prosecutor. But the judge was a male “whore “ in my opinion with his sanctimonious BS about the legal defense fund. He is now history because of his politically correctness.
