Beyond parody, and virtually beyond commentary, the following exchange occurred between MSNBC outpatients Martin Bashir and Lawrence O’Donnell.

MARTIN BASHIR: We have seen an early draft of Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell’s forthcoming oration. Can I quote something from you? “For four years, Barack Obama has been running from the nation’s problems, he hasn’t been working to earn re-election. He has been working to earn a spot on the PGA Tour.” How about that?
LAWRENCE O’DONNELL: Well, we know exactly what he’s trying to do there. He is trying to align to Tiger Woods and surely, the — lifestyle of Tiger Woods with Barack Obama. Obviously, nothing could be further from the truth. They find every way they possibly can to –
BASHIR: Lawrence — don’t you think — don’t you think that what he’s really trying to do is to suggest that the president is not paying attention to the central issues that come with the responsibility he has? Is he really – Mitch McConnell really making a connection with Tiger Woods who, of course, has become infamous for chasing various cocktail waitresses around Las Vegas and so on?

He doesn't work for US just the communists. He's golfing to make a mockery of the whole situation.
It’s gotten to the point I can’t tell what is real and what is semi-news/satire without looking at the tag. Reality may be winning in a race to the ridiculous, when you take in to account the convention coverage.

Here’s how stupid O’Donnell’s comments are. Liberals believe all conservative Republicans are Klan members anyway. But somehow big Republicans i.e.big-time racists have to use “code language” to get them, conservatives, (also nasty racists) to vote for them. All the talk about “code language” and “dog whistles” is the ultimate in asininity from the King of Asinine Statements—Larry O’Donnell.
Even the Grand Kleagle of the KKK can't hear it.

On the one hand Lawrence O’Donald is insane and on the other, Mitch McConnell has no clue who Tiger Wood’s is. So... I guess it’s a draw.
