Have to agree with Savage. Christie’s speech was more about him (he used ‘I’ over 30 times). He finally got on message in the later portion.

Kasich was one of the best. Before him, most of the speakers were sort of lackluster. He got the crowd into it. Most speakers who followed were good.

Tonight, most of the speakers are the old hats. I doubt I tune in before the Ryan hour.

Christie was a disappointment, I expected more fire and brimstone from him. I wonder if he’s considering a run in 2016? Speaking of 2016 - has anyone seen that movie yet?

Christie apparently doesn't listen to Savage. He had a chance to add if his Sicilian mother made sauce or gravy.

Ann Romney's speech was more uplifting.
