While it is good news, it’s hard to get a read from one poll and one pollster. We should know something by Saturday or Sunday.
Would Politico have anything to post if not for “anonymous” Republican insiders attacking other Republicans?
Among conservatives, Mr. Romney’s popularity has fallen
due to his CONTINUING dirty tricks at the Convention
against real Conservatives and the TEA Party.
Cruz, Mia Love, Artur Davis and Niki Haley all gave better speeches than Christie and his was pretty good. Ann Romney was the best of all though. The problem is nobody saw those speeches because Americans are by and large clueless or consumed with their mobile devices.
I think it’s cool that the Dems are on marbles waiting for Christie to unleash! I think HE and Romney are waiting until AFTER the DEM convention to really stick it to “em. There will be fresh new material and Christie may be able to negatively affect any post-convention bounce that Obama might have enjoyed. If this is true (and I am merely guessing as an outsider),,then I think the timing is perfect. Keep the raw Christie in the wings and release him after the Dem convention ,,,which will of course coincide with all the new Romney ads going out since he can tap into the donations made to his campaign now. I’m loving it!
Now that Romney has the nomination, look for the political ads to go all out against Obama and the Dems bigtime, and in a special way, come next week.
I can hardly wait for the Sharia Law advocates to open the DNC convention with prayer. That ought to be good for another 5-10 point drop in zero’s numbers.
RE: The problem is nobody saw those speeches because Americans are by and large clueless or consumed with their mobile devices.
If true, this would mean that Americans by and large will ignore the DNC convention too.
Even if the American people wanted to watch those speeches the media, outside of C-SPAN, blacked them out. Even Fox didn't show Cruz's speech, I had to watch it on C-SPAN.
Did we win or lose that fight?
If we lost we must work on forming a third party right after election 2012. In fact, we need to do that anyways. It will be needed to hang over Romney’s head through-out his first term (if he does win the Presidency).
If Obama wins no 3rd or even 2nd party necessary. It will be over. Consider him to be another Hugo Chavez with 4 years to figure out how to make it 10, 15 or 20 years.
Either way, he must also believe of this minority, a good percentage will vote for him anyway.
It is a win-win for his political ambitions.
-——that conservative numbers are insignificant——
There is conservative, conservative fringe and way way out there.
He likely has a very good feel for the numbers.
“I can hardly wait for the Sharia Law advocates to open the DNC convention with prayer. That ought to be good for another 5-10 point drop in zeros numbers.:”
I would wager the MSM will not cover this part of the convention and pretend like it never happened.
That being said, thank God for Youtube....the video will be out there, somewhere,,beyond DNC control.
Of course they will. Look at your article. 20m viewers in a country of about 176m adults. 1 in 9 adults will tune in.
Thanks SeekAndFind.
Yeah, cuz the PaulBots didn’t do any dirty tricks at all, like lying about being Romney delegates while really planning to vote for Ron. And the main guy is supposed to sit back and take it like a putz, like McCain did.
You should be grateful that we have someone who knows how to throw a punch.
“Among conservatives, Mr. Romneys popularity has fallen

True. I would bet some Texas delegates will leave the presidential line on the ballot empty after Romney’s true nature was shown as he, Sununu, Romney’s lawyer and Boehner destroyed the Republican Party yesterday, leaving it a shell owned by Romney.
The party hasn’t been conservative for years and you people are just figuring it out?
Is this your first election?
Your comment isn’t worth more than these words.
