Hi Miss Didi
Me and hubby both wiped tears as she spoke. Thinking it was because she spoke so well about regular peoples lives and what her husband and she had gone through during their earlier life together.
Ann did a great job!
He called her “a corporate wife.”
One of the main differences between conservative women and liberal women.......we conservative women have men in our lives because we WANT them and love them. Liberal women have men of convenience, if any at all.
Juan and the rest of the liberals don’t get it.
“Mitt is probably just praying inside, God dont let me screw this up”
Lol! Thanks for the laugh! And wow, what a speech Christie gave, and then the prayer at the close...
Lord, give these speakers the strength to put their words into action, and if they do not, give us the strength to find others who will.
Tatt
Yes—said she was a “corporate wife”. SHEESH!!!
Yeah, you could tell the rest of the panel knew Juan was just repeating moveon.org talking points.
I got in when Ann was already speaking. What I saw was OK but I'm not feeling passion from the convention. I'll go back and listen/watch.
Perhaps we're fortunate Monday was cancelled since CBS (and maybe others) had decided to skip Ann Romney for reruns.
It is torture watching mslsd. But,if you want to win you have to know your enemy.Believe me they are the enemy.I want to know what they are going to do next before they do it.Hell of a challenge.
Martha MacCallum is hot!
The content of Christie’s speech was good, but the delivery was a bit muted.
Perhaps he was advised to tone it down a bit and show more “gravitas” or he made the decision on his own. He can really be in your face at times, and this setting may not have been the place to be brash.
Christie definitely has aspirations for higher office, so he probably wanted to appear very statesmanlike in his first major speech before the nation.
C-SPAN replaying Ann Romney.
I still can’t trust or believe Romney. I just know he doesn’t hate America and the Marxist does. I’ll continue to pray, but like DrO tells me, I’ll end up voting against the Marxist and after tonight, I think I’ll vote for Ann Romney and Paul Ryan.
:)
Cspan playing Ann again!! I may have watch it again...lol.
His speech at the Reagan Library was one of the best I’ve ever heard.
I didn’t realize til this day that that tingle runnin down Matthew’s leg was lapped up by Howard Fineman, ‘splains the hair color too
