Who has the sandwich concession?
Limbaugh is pissing me off with all his negativity lately. The first day of the convention and nothing positive from Rush. He could care less if Romney wins and he cost the GOP the election with his Sandra Fluke comment. That is precisely when the momentum shifted back toward Obama. He cost us the WH in 2008 with his personal dislike of Mccain and he’s done it again this election. Hannity is just as bad right now as I listen to him. What has happened to the once proud Republican Party?
So today will be: pander, pander, pander through in a few good remarks about the American way and excellence, then pander some more, a few lines about compromise because we know the democrats want things to improve, some more pandering then a hearty wave with God Bless America.
All the while Romney and his lieutenants are figuring out how to get rid of conservatism.
Thanks for starting the thread!! Tim Scott did an excellent job singing to Obama...’Hit The Road Jack and Don’T Cha COME BACK...LOL. It was pretty good. Going to send him a little donation.
Oh good grief....give us a break! That is ridiculous.
Rush was REPORTING.
The negativism is from TEAM ROMNEY against
conservatives, as usual.
TEAM ROMNEY will defend Obama (nice man), but let
a conservative be seen, or one DARING to discuss
a conservative principle, and TEAM ROMNEY unsheathes
the knives.
One more thing.
Rush did not cost the GOP the White House.
THAT was caused by Mitt Romney having his team
attack Gov. Palin on the eve of the Election.
Do not try to revise the truth, because we ALL
watched the attacks on her and her children.
What has happened is that the GOPe have forced their socialist on the party and the base is tired of having moderates shoved down their throats.
WTH?
Don’t listen to him then, I personally thought today’s show was great.
Oh, yea who are these “us” you are talking about?
The proud Republican Party died when it embraced liberalism, you didn’t notice that?
The “us” is the Republican Party that I go back to all the way to the Eisenhower adminitration. I don’t like seeing the party being dominated by high stakes players in the ratings business.
Load the mud cannons.. Let ‘em rip!!
Isaac’ll give ‘em all a good rinse..
Let ‘the process’ play out and we’ll see who grabs the reins and who gets booted (place yur bets) soon enough.. The music is a little flat... or maybe it’s just me..
I don’t agree with anything you said. I listened to Rush today. He was right on target. McCain lost in 2008 because he was such an AWFUL candidate, even Palin couldn’t drag him over the finish line. That, and Obama’s corrupt media accomplices, so don’t even try to blame it on Rush. He is also right about the rules power grab. We went into the convention with a unified party, and the GOP establishment decided to make a power play. Is Rush supposed to not mention it? I actually thought he tried to down play it more than he should have.
Can I assume these are Eastern time? Thanks.
Wonderful job, dearest KansasGirl!
Thanks very much for the live thread.
LOL, Michelle Bachmann trying to get Neal Cavuto to dance. I think he blushed.
Uh,yeah right. Rush gets behind every nominee, whether he was for them or not. He had zero impact on this election with the Fluke comment. In fact, the whole war on women was essentially dropped three months ago because it has no impact at all on polling. It was a manufactured issue. Now, it has reared it’s head again because of the doofus in missouri.
I’m watching the convention on C-SPAN right now and it’s getting UGLY on the floor.
