No I didn't say that. I think Obamacare Sterilizations apply to all classes women from menarche to menopause.
And if you think about it, if a young girl or woman is not under private insurance, we the people get to pay for it through Obamacare Taxes and Fees.

Is it? Is it not a Fact that Obamacare Sterilizations are now the law of the land? Did not Kathleen Sebelius say it applies to ALL women from menarche to menopause?
I hope that 'Steri' parties never happen, but in this Brave New World that the Liberals and Progressive have built, I wouldn't put it past happening.
As for the individual level, I can imagine it impacting impressionable and unthinking youth. And I can imagine it impacting family relationships and I can foresee VD rates going further up instead of down because of it.
Wikipedia says: "A conspiracy theory explains an event as being the result of an alleged plot by a covert group or organization or, more broadly, the idea that important political, social or economic events are the products of secret plots that are largely unknown to the general public."
In this case it is not covert, the Administration has made the Sterilization policy known through the HHS Secretary. It is not 'Unknown' and it does affect the nation as a whole.
