Your "conspiracy theory" is null and void because for starters, conservative women are not going to want to be sterilized and would never consider it. Most were raised right and have enough sense not to have it done.

The handful of young women who might want to be sterilized under this law are most likely liberal/feminazi's/democrat anyway and if they are so stoopid to have it done..well good riddance from the gene pool anyway. In a nutshell this law is going to thin the ranks of democrats/liberals more than conservatives...so no conspiracy theory.

People are making a mountain out of a mole hill over this.
