I do and I;ll add they are not African American, they are either black or American but whites can be African too , not that I would expect the great unwashed left would know this
I know a white African-American who got his citizenship during his Junior year at Tulane. Marched into the financial aid office, asked for an African-American scholarship application, and ended up with a free ride his Senior year. Apparently the black admin in the office was not amused.
This guy is now the very successful part owner of a thriving small business with multiple locations and a pile of employees.
