You are wrong. The sames are public and are printed out when it is presented. Someone should script 1,000 "signatures" with Star Wars, LOTR and other characters.

Heres a thought, just don;t sign the bleeding thing at all and that way you have not added any signatures except the ones you have alrwady done and it can;t be added to their report of how many signed the damn stupid thing
