MSNBC host Chris Matthews also joined the discussion. And an intense argument between the two broke out when the conversation turned to President Obama’s economic policies.

If they thought there was the slightest change Romney would do that, they would have denied him the nomination. He's firmly on "The Team" - which doesn't mean he wouldn't be a huge improvement over Obama and his deeply rooted grudge against the productive classes.

I’d ask if he learned the Pledge when he started to run for office, not in first grade. Was he ever a turkey, or Indian or Pilgrim in a Thanksgiving play? When did he first go to a 4th of July parade or a fireworks display?
