I think there are a lot of people who weren't sure whether to vote for Romney, or either leave it blank of vote or vote third party. Apparently Romney wants to make it easy for. On the one issue there might have been justification to vote for him on, he has come out and said firmly stands with Obama on. He can't even lie to us. After the 2010 election, he basically told those voters he's against them.

Clearly he is Dukakis III. (Dukakis II being Kerry) Except, Dukakis probably wasn't as socialist as Romney.

He shouldn’t be proud of that albatross. He destroyed the best health care in the world with one hand shake with Kennedy.

As a Gov of a liberal state Mitt gave his constituents what they wanted.
Obama has fought the majority tooth and nail.

I’ll take my chances.

So many people have given up their principles so they picked Romney for the rest of us. How they can defend him is beyond reasonable. Now, it's Romney's Rino party.
I am doing a write in and voting straight conservative the rest of the ballot. We are losing our country right before our eyes. Everything traditional is looked upon as being as a prejudice or mostly an extreme view. Romney just wants to win and Never should have been the leader of the Republican Party.

What an idiot.

Look, we MUST win this election or the nation may not survive.

Who is advising Romney to say stupid things like this?

What a freaking dolt.

This “pride” rhetoric may be a preemptive step to avoid being on the defensive when Obama equates the two commie-care systems. Still annoying to hear.

Duh, Dummy”care” is now Romney/Obama”care.”

Duh, timed to perfection Romney. That is, if Romney wants to be DUMPED by a first Ballot Abstain vote.

VERY McCain, Romney, VERY McCain. The RINO Elite really knew what they were doing when they endorsed your sorry self.

BTW folks, might as well start preparing for our take over of the RINO Party by 2014, because clueless Romney is going to ram down our throats what we cannot financially afford.

Do you believe in state’s rights? I am not a fan of Mittens, but claims that state level Romneycare (which if I lived in Massachusetts I would have voted against) and national level Obamacare are synonymous is intellectually dishonest. The residents of the state of Taxachusetts have the right to be stupid and support it and bear the consequences.

If two appointments to the Supreme Court would not be waiting for the next president, I could understand the intransigence towards voting for Romney, but to allow Obama to have two more selections for the Supreme Court will destroy this country, just look at his two choices so far, Sotomayor and Kagan, and the thought of Obama having two more choices should be abhorrent to your conservative beliefs. If you are intellectually honest, Mittens values are not even close Obama’s and would not champion the evil that Obama would seek to inflict on this country that we love.

Anytime these phony extortionists, phony “insurance” companies under HillaryRomney want it:

They’ll turn on their “red-light” cameras, “yellow light” cameras, or even investigate EPA style, “green light” cameras. And they define the colors.

The more they can get away with it, the more they push the envelope. Shakedown Extortion-Care.

These guys will be in charge of holding Mitt Romney on a tight, right-wing leash.

Just 17 members — about 10 percent of the GOP conference — have written checks to Scozzafava’s campaign. They include House Minority Leader John Boehner (R-Ohio), Minority Whip Eric Cantor (R-Va.), National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) Chairman Pete Sessions (Texas) and Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.), who is in charge of recruiting candidates to run next year.
snip
In an effort to prove Scozzafava can attract conservatives, Sessions pushed Rep. Jeb Hensarling (R-Texas) to step up and endorse her. After his announcement, Hensarling took shots from some prominent conservative blogs and media outlets, with some going so far as to lob unfounded charges about Hensarling’s personal life.
snip
Hensarling declined to be interviewed about his endorsement of Scozzafava. A spokesman said he had nothing to add to his statement, issued last Friday.
snip
Wednesday night, most of the House GOP leadership, including Boehner, Cantor, McCarthy, Sessions, conference Vice Chairwoman Cathy McMorris Rodgers (Wash.) and conference Secretary John Carter (Texas) hosted a fundraiser for Scozzafava at the home of ex-Rep. Nancy Johnson (R-Conn.).

“”Eric Cantor, the second-ranking House Republican, endorsed Mitt Romney for president on Sunday””Cantor is the highest-ranking Republian member of Congress to make an endorsement in the primary””

Mitt Romney: “I’m not a partisan politician. My hope is that, after this election, it will be the moderates of both parties who will control the Senate, not the Jesse Helmses.”

It was grating to my ears to hear Romney endorse Romneycare today on Fox, but Romneycare is NOT the same as Obamacare, as Romney himself clearly stated in his new improved framing for this election as follows:

1. “Romneycare did not rob $716 billion from Medicare to finance itself like Obamacare does”

2. Romneycare did not raise taxes like Obamacare does”

These are the two primary talking points that the Romney/GOP-e team have used to shut down the Obots in the two weeks since Ryan was selected. It was confidence in this framing that emboldened Romney to pick Ryan!
