So...the Supreme Court has actually heard a case concerning presidential eligibility under Article II, Section 1, U. S. Constitution? Really? I must have missed that.
Even if they have, that in and of itself does not explain why this "journalist" misrepresented the pertinent requirement.

If you follow the news, it will become clear to you that SCOTUS has not accepted the NBC case against Obama on grounds of insufficient cause. SCOTUS only takes up cases they deem worthwhile.
