Just sat thru this swarm. We had a 7.2 on Easter a couple of years ago but these were frightening. I thought at least one would be at 6.5 or above but I got fooled because we had three separate quakes 5.3 then 5.4 and finally 5.3 all in under 50 seconds.

These seem to be centered on the opposite end of the same fault that the ones a couple years back were centered on. I remember that one well, was my first earthquake since I moved to CA and it was an unforgettable experience for me.
When I lived in Washington state and worked in downtown Sodom on the Sound (formerly Seattle), we had a 6.9. I was on the 35th floor of a high rise downtown. It was rocking and rolling from side to side. Computers, book cases, lights, all falling to the floor. I was under my work table dodging falling objects.
