Actually, that appears to be the pattern for some unexplained reason (though I have my theories). when one area of the globe experiences activity, other areas seem to go quiet.
Nothing official on that though, that I know of anyway.
The bore holes at Hudson ranch are 7500 feet deep, the geysers are roughly at 4k.
However they want to go to a depth of 11k at some of the drill sites there in the Geysers.
that sounds too close to the magma at 4 miles down.
I just read on a headline news site that Brawley hospital is evacuating patients due to the heavy seismic activity!?!!

They are. I guess Mexicali did too. The third large one at 5.4 proved that the other 5.4 and 5.3 weren’t the major shock. (i guess)
