Even if Barry Soetoro aka Barack Hussein Obama had been birthed in the Lincoln Bedroom of the White House Obama is NOT a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN.
Alvin Onaka refused to verify that Barack Hussein Obama is Obama’s dad, or that Stanley Ann Dunham is his mother, or any other facts of Obama’s birth. The only legal reason allowable for him to fail to verify those facts to a qualified requestor is if he cannot certify that the birth really happened that way. IOW, if those claims are not made on a valid BC. Onaka did verify that those are the parents claimed on the record they’ve got, but he can’t verify those claims as true because the record they’ve got is not legally valid. There is something so fishy about that BC that Hawaii doesn’t give the record ANY evidentiary value; the official record has no more legal weight than the color drawings people have posted here at FR.
IOW, there are no legally-established birth facts for Obama at all. Legally speaking, we know NOTHING about what is really the case with him. Nothing. And we never will until we get access to find out what evidence there really is for ANY claim about his birth. HI Gov.
