My guess is that they will blame Romney; did you know he is a Mormon?
I think a good write in candidate can easily win without the inbred vote
Deafness. Platitudes. Martyr complex. Obnoxious campaign-manager son (”Five questions, that’s it.”). Living in a bubble. I regret I voted for Akin. I didn’t realize he was this inept politically. The more he speaks, the bigger hole he digs. But if he’s the only alternative to McCaskill on November 6, I’ll still vote for him. At least he would push the button the right way in the Senate.
I have rarely seen such delusions and insanity like I have the last few months as some on this site who seem intent by hook or by crook to give everything over to obama again.
These clinically psychotic people are going to ruin all chances of winning in november.
Am I a pro-abort liberal? I’d love to your list of the pro-abort liberals on this site.
The real irony here is that several pro-life Republicans in MO are capable of winning and sending home the pro-abort McCasKILL. Akin is insuring her re-election and harming the pro-life cause. In his echo chamber of his wife and son advisers, he cannot see it. Hey, Todd, this may be news to you, but you are not the only one who can fight for the pro-life cause.
It is going to be a sickening and totally unnecessary victory speech we have to endure from McCasKILL on election night. Is that when he finally goes in for electro-shock treatment?

WATCH LIVE: Rep. Todd Akin vows in race "to win" in November"
THANK you. I make that point over and over- this man’s selfish pride is doing untold harm to the cause he says he supports..
Brunner people say it should be Brunner -- he came in second.
...said Claire McCaskill when she heard the press conference.
Kit Bond. An easy name to remember and write-in.
It was done successfully in Alaska, a write-in can work in Missouri. There is no other choice.
“But if hes the only alternative to McCaskill on November 6, Ill still vote for him. At least he would push the button the right way in the Senate”
Same here, but it won’t matter, he will run out of money before he can win.
He had to cancel a big fund raiser tonight projected to raise one million dollars, because no one wanted to be associated with him. He touts he raised $125,000.00 this week, that is pennies compared to McCaskill.
Money is the breast milk of politics, and Akin will soon be starving.
I honestly don't think they are psychotic; I think they represent a certain segment of the evangelical Christian movement, and they believe God will punish us (how could he punish us more?) if we elect a Mormon to the Presidency. By extension, they see any hostility towards a politican as inept as Akin as an attack on "one of theirs", and defend him correspondingly.
You don't have to look too hard around here to find the ideas that the anti-Romney and pro-Akin posters hold in common; for the most part, they are the same. I'd guess that the result that would make them most happy is Akin winning and Romney losing.
At the very least he was bought and paid for by Obama's party. We already know that as fact.
He’s a RINO abortionist !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He does sound like an obama parrot.
Staying in the senate race - it's "The right thing to do!"
The exact words Obama used when he unilaterally decided to stop deporting illegals.
Both arbitrarily do exactly what they want to do without regard to what's in the best interest of the nation as a whole, and then attribute their personal preferences to "principal".
True, he will have made many more gaffes by then.
Yeh -- sure -- that's like a vote for McCaskill.
The thing about elections is the point isn’t to stick it to anyone, but rather to win and advance the status quo in the direction of your values.
The glee over sticking it to the media, or to critics, is silly and immature.
So let's give Obama a chance to put infanticide into law.
Oh great! Are these people one cut above the Westboro people?
