Rasmussen will be releasing a poll this morning showing Akin costing us dearly in Missouri: McCaskill 48% Akin 38%.
Time to pack it up and stop screwing us, big guy.
Be careful what you say FRiend. You might be accused of believing in “drivel”, despite your frustration. Agree with you by the way.
In Post 416 you say, “We need to sacrifice Akin for someone who can win it for us.” No one can “sacrifice” Akin. He, and only HE can petition the courts to remove his name from the ballot. And he will not do so, IMO. He just won’t. What he “should do” and what he will do are polar opposites...
The media double standard is a pervasive long term problem that’s not gonna be solved by this November. I don’t know how to solve it.
The immediate crisis is 6 more years of Senator McCrapskull.
There is no reason why the replacement would not be a conservative.
I wish I could agree with you.
The following post illustrates my point. Maybe it won't happen, but anytime a decision made by the voters gets second-guessed by party leaders, we have reason to be concerned.

It may eventually become necessary to replace Akin. I realize that. If it happens, at the very least, we need to put pressure on party leaders to make sure any new candidate reflects the wishes of the people who selected the original candidate.
All of your posts are about polls, frequently discouraging about Romney. And did you even notice Benghazi?
Sure did. It sickens me no end. What does one have to do with the other? And I’m not negative on Romney, but I try to provide some balance. In 2008 this site was full of people that were sure McCain was going to pull it out. Then he got routed. There’s way too much unrealistic expectations around here.
Seeing that headline almost gave me a heart attack, thank God it’s from back in August.
And now look. Akin is pulling even with the evil and despicable McCaskill!
