Legal??? I don't think GWB worried about that either, he figured that was the SCOTUS job to sort that out. In this case is their a legal basis to sue? I don't see anyone trying.

There is a Political basis to do this. Even if there was a legal basis to sue and someone did it would be like the BC mandate on the Catholic Church, he only cares about the votes it brings him now vs the ones he thinks he will lose, which he has decided ‘not many’ He doesn't care if this stuff holds after the election.

SJB and DDD have not changed their votes over this is how I think he sees it, SOL has NO vote in Maryland so who cares what he thinks?? :)
