I like to surf the dial in mornings that I am home, find out what the enemy is up to ie Joe Scarborough, he is enemy as far as I can see.
Then when I want to get more annoyed, I am a sucker for punishment, I switch to Sol.. O`brian on CNN, and listen to their phony in house Conservative.
CSPAN is good for a laugh also, Washington Journal, actually get some good Conservatives calling in, hosts are all liberal, but they do manage a few Conservatives on the line, if they can get through past the libs that call in on Conservative line.
Fox and Friends I watch, but once they get through the politics, they move on to jiberish entertainment etc

the only time i find those bearable is when i am watching for the schadenfreude when we are winning like in 2010, and Scott Walker recall election. THAT i enjoy.
