We keep losing constitutional rights out of the Fed Gov’s ever growing, massive fear and hysteria. Now it’s be careful not to sound too serious in political speech about axing the government. Oh, did I say axing?
I think we muster up the political strength to stop and abolish them before they get around to you and me. They will always have an excuse to raid “extremist” politically incorrect people. Most of us are on their DHS domestic terrorist list because of our political and social/religious beleifs and activism. They will get around to demonizing as they arrest us, too. They can make anyone look like Sadam.
Do I think the government is too big?
Yes.
Do I think the government has exceeded it’s constitutionally delegated powers in many areas?
Yes.
Do I think it needs to be downsized and have things like social welfare programs go back to the states where they rightfully belong?
Yes.
Do I think that everyone in the federal government is anti-free speech, and trying to get ready to round up conservative Americans, religious Americans, or other Americans based on what they believe/say?
No.
I suspect many people who work for government are actually pretty pro-American.
Sure, for quite a few, it’s just a job.
But there are good eggs in there.
But I doubt very many at all really understand what the Constitution means and that the federal government is one of LIMITED JURISDICTION AND SUBJECT MATTER.
But most Americans don’t understand that any better than government employees.
