Since chemical and biological weapons are outside of the Geneva Conventions (all three of versions of this document), every nation on earth will have a problem with Iran and their proxies, as should Russia for having armed Syria in its order of battle and making Iran Russia's proxy.

Isreal has between 400-600 nukes as of the late 1990s. I am not sure if Nutron bombs are counted in those figures. Three nuke capable subs and another dozen plus delivery systems will make Iran a "Dead-Zone" and not longer a major player in world terrorism if they and their proxies exercise the chemical option. Nuke the areas where the Iranian people live and use Nutron bombs on the economically viable areas such as oil production sites....

Goes into much detail EXACTLY about what IS going to happen maybe soon in that very region. My advice to Iran is "don't be stupid", but I already know they will be stupid anyway - it's who they are!
