West , or a woman .
Jerry Brown.
Allen West!
As he started the 2nd hour saying the era of talk radio is dead, how advertisers are discouraging certain talk, and how at the Indian buffet a title came to him, I thought he was forewarning that he’s going to dedicate himself to writing full time.
WOR in New York (which Savage raves about) was bought by Clear Channel, and they might change their lineup. Savage is now there only 2 hours.
If you use Dar.fm you can program Dar to record Savage, or any other radio program, for playback at a later time.
It is how I listen to Rush, as he is on when I am asleep.
Savage comes on just as I wake up, so I do not need to record him.
But there was just that one deviation for lunch and novels.. I'd give him a A+ for featuring the threats against us whites from the black group -- wait! he's maligning his competition now.. downgrade that A+ to a C.
I agree with you. I am falling away from my Savage addiction now because of this. I can’t stand his negativity.
He spent half the primaries trashing Santorum & Newt endlessly—and now he’s wailing about Ryan?
He’s out of touch with conservatives on this and is doing no good.
The third hour so far has included news from WEEKS ago—obviously pre-recorded.
“The Savage Nation” seems to be going downhill..
I’d like to see Allen West take on the New Black Panthers.
Savage hasn’t done a live 3rd hour for at least 2 years.
It’s all pre-recorded. It’s segments of old shows, taped interviews and him reading what’s on his Web site that day (which can be done at any time.)
As they replay bits of Chick-Fil-A, venison, and kosher rules, maybe he has a clause in his contract that lets him escape to earlybird Italian or sticky Chinese specials in North Beach.
Oh yeah—
I’ve noticed it for awhile now. But it seems as of late the pre-recorded stuff is almost a month old. It’s probably because of all his absences..
Savage graded today’s show as an 80/100 ...He was way too generous IMO . I never listen to the 3rd hour - always switch over to Levin and then catch Levin’s first 2 hours on Podcast later on . Levin’s books are outselling Savage’s , too . Just a matter of time before Levin’s audience becomes larger . I was late listening to Savage , but even a year or two ago the shows were much more riveting compared to recent ones . If he continues to do 3 day weeks & bash competitors ( old ! ) I see more stations dropping him .
I love Allen West but Romney didn’t pick him unfortunately-we have to go with what we have and what we have isn’t bad at all-Romney had some great statements yesterday about O’s hate and class warfare
From what I am reading things don’t look great for the great Oz, he may even lose-never though so until now
btw savage does have influence over many many people (or so he says) what is there to lose to at least NOT comment so negatively on the ticket?
he seems so hateful against his listeners, his competitors and Romney/Ryan-he has issues big time
finally ppl are waking up. I’ve been writnig here how i left the Savage boat 3 years ago after a 10 year non stop listen every night 3 hours. I was a Savage addict!
He is toast!
And i’m not saying it with s smile. He did it to himself’ he is definitely not the brightest man on the radio. Sad
sad is the only way to describe it
I was an addict as well
-not anymore, he hit the threshold for me with criticizing the rr ticket, he obviously doesn’t give a crap about anyone except himself, his son and the goombahs in hollywood who wont give him the time of day
he treats his listeners like garbage and idiots, maybe he is afraid others will see him that way as well
I sure hope he hands the show over to Kuhner but he is so spiteful he will probably ruin everything before passing the baton
KDWN is down today?
