Here’s where I’d like to see Romney try some deadpan humor to put the Dems’ desperation in perspective:
“The Vice president has recently made some serious but inaccurate claims about my domestic policy intentions. I wish to reassure the American People that, as president, I will never attempt to reintroduce chattel slavery to this country, and should Congress bring to my desk a bill endorsing chattel slavery, I will veto it immediately without debate.”
Yeah, that’s pretty funny.
Slap ‘em back in the face with the ridiculousness of the accusation.
