He had a benign tumor removed from his brain. Was there neurological damage from the surgery? I don't know, I'm not his doctor, or even a doctor. Still, it's obvious to any lay person that this guy has no impulse control. He shoots his mouth off without thinking. He shouldn't be VP.
Maybe the RNC should run an ad demonstrating some of Biden's gaffs and remind America that Biden is truly only one heartbeat away from the Oval Office. Should he ever need to take over the helm, who would run him ( because he obviously is incapable, a very loose cannon )?
Obama chose genuine weaklings and chicago snakes to pollute our administratiom. I don't think obama had any associations with patriotic, intelligent administrators. He knew gamesmen but not statesmen.
