Biden's comment is outright race baiting. It could even be construed as a hate crime if a Republican had said it. If it came from Paul Ryan, there would be riots in the streets demanding he be off the ticket and Romney with him for making such a bad choice.
Biden's comment reminded me of the desperate Al Gore racing across the country claiming Republicans wanted to make blacks 3/5th of a person again while Stevie Wonder played piano.

I agree with your comments about Biden’s race baiting. It’s so blatant it treats Blacks like children, as if they’re too stupid to know what he’s doing.
