ABC News tonight spent more time on Biden’s comments than it did on Obama in OH. And they had a very fair spot about Ryan’s Medicare plan which stressed that the plan would not affect anyone over age 55 and that each person eventually would have an average of $15,000 to purchase health insurance in the private market or stay enrolled in the current Medicare system.
