CHICAGO — U.S. Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr., a Chicago Democrat who took a hushed medical leave two months ago, is being treated for bipolar disorder, the Mayo Clinic announced Monday.
The Rochester, Minn.-based clinic specified his condition as Bipolar II, which is defined as periodic episodes of depression and hypomania. Hypomania is a less serious form of mania.
"Congressman Jackson is responding well to the treatment and regaining his strength," the clinic said in a statement...

Negroes have a serious cultural problem. That cultural problem starts with Jackaon and brothers of his ilk. His culture of dependency on producers is robbing my children's future. They do not pay taxes on the whole like the rest of Americans. We pay their way.
Please take a look at crime statistics. Listen to rap and hip-hop, cop killer music. Look at the amount of money that we dump into city schools and they still fail. Look at all of the cities that have a Negro mayor and are going bankrupt.
It is a cultural problem, not a race problem. I wish we could clone Allen West to replace every RINO in congress. There is a culture of dependency that exists for 90% plus of Negroes.
Note, I don't use the term African-American because they are not African, and as soon they use a hyphen to describe themselves they are not fully American. Given that 90% plus of them voted for Obama we could call them, more accurately, socialist Americans.
