California was a Republican failure ... for forty years, they watched Democrats download and install 10 million illegal aliens ... and did nothing.
In 1994, Californians voted overwhelmingly for Proposition 187, which prohibited illegal immigrants from using health care, public education, and other social services in the state. It was overturned by a Federal court. In 1999, Democratic Governor Gray Davis halted state appeals against the ruling.
