AUGUST 9--In an embarrassing screw-up, Florida prosecutors today accidentally distributed a post-mortem photo of Trayvon Martin as well as copies of George Zimmermans college records, material that Florida law considers confidential and exempt from disclosure.
The documents were inadvertently included in supplemental discovery records distributed this morning by prosecutor Angela Coreys office. The material was sent to a variety of media outlets, including TSG, that have paid fees to receive discovery provided by the government to Zimmermans lawyer.

My favorite comment on the page comes from some facebook guy...hilarious:
“George didn’t kill that man, someone else killed that man. Someone else made the gun, the ammo. Someone along the way taught George how to shoot, someone else formed neighborhood watch.”

"Zimmerman, who was studying for an associate degree in criminal justice, did not graduate last year due to a failed class. "
Zimmerman is still likely 10x smarter than poor Trayvon, druggie and cage match fighter.

The prosecutors may be trying to deliberately screw up this case so somebody will take it off their hands, since they realize they can’ win a conviction.

This is well-know court room tactic. "I'm sorry, your honor. I'll withdraw the question."
The woman is despicable.

Wow. This former Prosecutor says the obvious . . . REALLY bad. You can never tell all the facts from the news for sure, but with what I see . . .someone needs to be considered for firing.

I note that Fox is back to using the picture of a 12 year old Trayvon Martin in its news breaks announcing that Zimmerman's attorneys are going to ask for a Stand Your Ground hearing. The bias shows up in so many ways.

I would agree...it’s pretty deliberate. Any possible conviction....would likely be tossed out, and the whole thing would have to start from scratch (figure 2014 would be the second round if they were to launch into such a maneuver).

So sad that everything that happens in this country now is all political.

Florida prosecutors today accidentally distributed a post-mortem photo of Trayvon Martin The documents were distributed this morning by prosecutor Angela Coreys office. The material was sent to a variety of media outlets The photocopied picture of Martin was one of three taken by an unnamed witness. The photo mistakenly released by Corey is a black and white copy of an image depicting the teenager lying face down on a lawn
The feigned sympathy could flow into a tsunami.
You just knew Angela Corey was corrupt to the core after seeing her famous, news conference, "Speech"

How does Zimmerman’s college transcripts have any bearing on the case? Why not ask for his grade school transcript, or what he had for breakfast back in 1995?
The fact that these were even involved seems crazy.

IMHO, this was done on purpose to tilt the balance towards the persecution side. They are stacking the cards against the defendent and trying to win a conviction through the LSM.

Screw up?
Accidentally? Maybe it was on purpose, because the case is weak. The information itself doesn't sound too damning for George. If te case gets thrown out, at least it isn't a lost case on Corey's record. Maybe she's throwing the match to avoid a Nifong outcome.
