Very noticeable here in Irvine, but I'm on the 12th floor of an office tower (skyscrapers in CA are built to sway in earthquakes). My wife was on the first floor of a building, also in Irvine, and didn't feel anything.
When I say very noticeable, you could really feel the building swaying, but there was no damage-- nothing fell off my shelves.
