I have a funny feeling that if Zero released his college records, they'd look just his Photoshop'd BC. The real thing is to get Zero to tell us why he used an Executive Order to seal his records and why 400 people from his Columbia graduating class don't recall ever seeing him there. The "news" media needs to answer as to why they have no interest in that peculiarity.

Obama's records are sealed by vital records' privacy laws in Hawaii; by university policies at Harvard, Columbia, and Occidental; and federal law at executive agencies such as the SSA, Selective Service, and State Department.

Barack Obama’s first Executive Order, 13489, was regarding the release of Presidential Records from the National Archives with respect to records maintained under the Presidential Records Act of 1978. The National Archivist at NARA does not maintain or administer any state's vital records, university transcripts, or federal agency records such as passports, selective service, or social security. Obama’s EO 13489 revoked Bush’s EO 13233 on Presidential Records under the PRA of 1978, which revoked Reagan’s EO 12667 on Presidential Records under the PRA or 1978.

The EO covers only presidential and vice presidential records created during a presidential administration. (See the Presidential Records Act of 1978 for details.) It doesn't cover any records that existed prior to a president's administration. For example, it doesn't cover records created by Bill Clinton as Governor of Arkansas, George W. Bush as Governor of Texas, or Barack Obama as a U.S. Senator from Illinois. And it certainly doesn't cover the records we all want released.
