Or, at least, invite it. Under Article I, Sec. 2, of the Federal Constitution, the States are clearly intended to be able to control the suffrage--both State & Federal. Granted, there have been some Amendments to the Constitution, interfering with this in some particulars; but outside those particulars, the language still governs.
Frankly, we need to start restricting the suffrage--where there is a conflict of interest--as people receiving unearned subsidies from Government--not invite multiple voting, or other forms of voter fraud.

That's where the big numbers are... and Demetrius - it's sad but traditionally the cheating was done in black precincts.
Stealing a person's vote is wrong. Some of the people who chose to stay home did it as a protest and they don't want democrats voting for them.
When the fake names are voted - the FBI can move in and arrest cheaters.
