Michelle Malkin was in top form tonight in Washington DC for the AFP Defending the American Dream Summit.
Michelle told the conservative audience: My parents didnt come here with nothing. Not knowing anybody. Not having a dime in their pockets
For me to be a wallflower. So that I could sit here while the American dream is being destroyed. Michelle then pointed to the American Dream banner and told Barack Obama, You didnt build this! The audience loved it!
Would My parents arrived here without anything be correct?

I don’t know, but:
My parents arrived here without anything, not knowing anybody, not having a dime in their pockets for me to be a wallflower.
isn’t as poetic as and doesn’t flow nearly as well as:
My parents didnt come here with nothing, not knowing anybody, not having a dime in their pockets for me to be a wallflower.
Since you are calling correctly formatted speech "ghetto slang", shouldn't you have said "It sounds like..."?
I am in disagreement with you but it’s ok.
I'll gladly accept your second state with my comment that notwithstanding her sentence construction you, and others, understood exactly the point and grammatical meaning she was expressing.
However, as to your first statement, you grammatical snobs that are legends in your own minds are only revealing yourselves to be arrogant, holy than thou, a$$holes starving for attention. Look that sentence up in your structure manual!!
Michelle Malkin is one of the real treats in modern punditry. If I knew she was speaking in my neighborhood, I would make it a point to rearrange my schedule to go listen.
