Its time to close this race and put Sarah over the top for election day next Tuesday. I didn't tune into this race till after Cruz but I did tonight and donated.I hope others will too. We can't count on just winning the Senate we must make sure it is a Senate that will not betray us and will give us leverage against Romney if he goes wobbly once in office.

From the few polls I’ve read about this race, Steelman had the largest lead in a hypothetical matchup with McCaskill - something on the order of 10-12 points. I confess I don’t know much about Brunner or the other GOP primary candidates, but Steelman sounds like a very strong candidate for the general election.

I'm afraid Palin put gender-identity first in this one.
Steelman and Akin are both professional politicians. Brunner is not.
We have enough professional politicians.
Brunner is the best candidate by far.

Romney has NEVER reached out to conservatives. Your line
“If he goes wobbly” is not really accurate. Romney, if elected, WILL GO WOBBY, as he knows no better.
However, I agree we need to stack the senate with as many
conservatives as we can get, because Romney will go wobbly
and so will many in the GOP Senate and House.

I’m voting for Todd Akin. I think he’s the best of the three. But I’ll vote for any of them over ObamaClaire.
