Pity William is the eldest and the heir after Charles then, isnt it?.
From what I can tell, William isn't too bad, but Great Britain needs someone with real grit, and that's Harry.
In the long run, Harry, William, it doesn't matter. Charles will fritter away any slim chance to set things right long before either son gets a chance.

Let's just suppose Elizabeth abdicated in favor of Harry. What could a King Harry really do? Does he have any real power to pull GB back from the brink, besides giving a speech or two?
