Was Biggert’s Democrat opponent from a few cycles ago really more conservative than her? (Biggert is pro-abortion, but she’s pro-gun, and isn’t bad on economic issues.) I find it hard to believe that a conservative could win a Democrat primary in the close-in Chicago suburbs.

I don’t know which recent Biggert opponent Billy means as I know nothing about any of them but social conservative “Lipinksi” democrats still support the Stalinist economic program so I wouldn’t say he was “more conservative than Biggert”.

I also retroactively and reluctantly “support” Poshard for Governor in ‘98 but a rat for Congress, never.

I’m loathe to think of a Senate race in recent decades were the rat was actually for real more conservative than the Republican. Certainly not that Pat Buchanan/Ron Paul douche that ran against Gramnesty, certainly not this kook in TN.

I guess Liarman was an iota or 2 to the right of then arch-RINO Lowell Weicker in 1988. Buckley backed Liarman I think. I wouldn’t have voted for either of them.
